Then on the 7th we will post the second weeks micro actions and then so forth. Not to mention she will be in the finals VERY shortly, I know you can do it! But you don’t have to be a pro athlete or a fitness fanatic to enjoy exercise or work on your core with an ostomy. So tonight I joined my local beginner’s running group set up by my best friend Boo that you can see in the purple. Now as everyone knows by now running isn’t something I’m new too but I’ve never been part of a running group before. I’m not kidding you it felt really good, the sense of community and positivity was overwhelming. I definitely urge you to seek out your own local running group if you fancy it.
So you many have seen on my social media that I went to meet the lovely team over at Comfizz on Friday. That had been in the works since August.
