Sorry for the lack of recipes recently I have been eating the same things or not eating at all as I have gone back onto sertraline and it has taken my appetite with it. Marmite love it or hate it? I love it or more specifically I have vegemite but it is still pretty much the same thing! This dish is perfect for those who love cheese on toast with marmite as it tastes so similar but with pasta as the carb instead of the bread! I found the original recipe with bacon in a good food magazine I believe awhile back but I have changed things up a bit. It is a fantastic little store cupboard gem for when you don’t have much in or just don’t fancy doing something extravagant. In fact Button loves it! Again with the courgette pasta I hear you cry! Either in frustration or joy – I am hoping you are crying it with joy. Trust me though I will never stop eating it and if I find a new way to incorporate it into a recipe I will! One day I might venture adding it into cake but you never know!! Here is the first in the using up leftovers from making the salad jars. I love a good fried rice from the Chinese it’s one of the few meals I will have meat in but the quinoa version I don’t need any meat in at all. It’s always a great way to use up any veggies you have lying around in the fridge. This serves one but just increase it as necessary for more people. Read more
