So I decided that I should maybe do another post on where I am at with my pregnancy; be warned it wont be a short read and I am very honest in my posts. I feel I should add a little disclaimer that these are my personal experiences and every pregnancy is different, What I am going through in this pregnancy may not relate to you or even be something you ever will!
So I had a lot happening this weekend. For starters I went back to work as of Friday. Before my shift we went to Whitby, then Saturday it was two of my best friends no scratch that sisters joint birthdays, then yesterday we went swimming with Spuddles and had a family BBQ. Read more
I am so tired today. I promised Ra-Ra we could go up the mountain (that’s what she calls Roseberry Topping) through the woods. I decided to do that today whilst 00Steve is away on his brothers stag do. I made up a picnic and got Ra-Ra all sun creamed up and off we went. Read more

So in aid of raising awareness and feeding people’s curiosity I asked a lot of people to ask me questions about living with a stoma and boy! I wasn’t disappointed! Thank you to everyone that pitched in, hopefully it helped!
So we went for a weekend away in Edinburgh to stay with our friends who I fondly call The Puddleducks. Ra-Ra hadn’t ever left the country so I had organised awhile back to stay with them. Most people wouldn’t class a mini holiday in Scotland leaving the country but it is still a separate country here. Read more
I’m now part of the Awestomy club (I would love to say I came up with that myself but I didn’t I found it on pinterest) and I already feel better for it. When I woke up in recovery I remember asking the staff to bleep my dad because he would either be with or get hold of 00Steve I just wanted a hug at this point. Read more
So this is literally just what I’ve done today before I go in for surgery. Be prepared for your average (pain free) day in the life of a mum. Read more
