So as promised I have written down the food I have eaten this week and I would definitely say its been better. Don’t get me wrong its not saintly but who the hell wants to live on salad leaves and air? Not me that’s for sure, but hopefully I will shed a few pounds by not filling my face with crap! Well and feel better in myself from not being overloaded from food with empty calories from fat and sugar like in the last diary.
With my impending Dietetics appointment on Tuesday I decided to note down everything I ate and drank unhealthy or not so I could have a thorough appointment. Because lets face it I have no idea what the appointment is even for!
